Method. Sage center island wrapped in calacatta-look quartz with built-in wine storage. Brushed brass plumbing throughout, white shaker perimeter cabinets, beadboard ceiling for visual lift. All finishes locked on paper before any installation began.

Every project comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right with how we built it, we come back and make it right. The terms are in your contract, in writing. Most kitchen remodeling contractors carry a standard 1-year warranty. We carry two.

Your kitchen may involve several skilled trades, but you are not left managing them. Anchor & Grain coordinates the plan, schedule, materials, and workmanship standards, so the project stays organized from design through install — and you have one number to call.

If a cabinet door comes loose or anything we installed doesn't hold the way it should, and it's covered workmanship under your written warranty, we come back and make it right — at no cost to you, according to the terms in your contract. The warranty covers our work, our installation, and our craftsmanship, for two years from the day your project is complete.

What's covered

Workmanship and installation. If something we built or installed fails because of how we built or installed it, it's covered. We come back and fix it.

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear. Damage from use, accidents, or modifications made after the project closes. Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties (we'll point you to the right contact). Work done by others after we complete the project.
